1. On the day of check-in:
Our reception team will receive you personally, show you the house and the use of it, sign the contract with the stipulated deposit.

- They will give you information about the places you can visit or activities, events, restaurants, beaches, water parks, shops, etc.
2. On the day of check-out:
We will contact you, to stay at the home, at the scheduled time, to say goodbye personally, previously checking the home and the inventory, proceeding to return the deposit, if no incident has occurred
