Our House Has a Cozy and Comfortable Design, it is located very close to the Sea, just 2.5 kilometers from Playa La Mata and 800 meters from Las Calas. In addition to the beach, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the community pool.

This house has two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and good lighting, the other room with a trundle bed where two people can sleep perfectly, all rooms include sets of sheets, wardrobe. It has a bathroom with shower and towels. The house is equipped with central air conditioning hot/cold. To enjoy an outdoor breakfast you can be on the terrace area at the entrance of the house, or you can take advantage of the proximity of local restaurants to taste delicious Mediterranean food. Just 5 minutes away is the Aquopolis Water Park, the center of Torrevieja, and 40 minutes away is Alicante Airport.
